What is a mikrotik? AP, Router, wireless card or a little insect?
If a wireless device what is it's model no.
What is it you wish it to do with the 2100AP?

the microtick Wireless Mini-PCI Card (R52) plugged into a mikrotik RouterBOARD 333 Series
the 2100Ap can work in WDS mode with the mikrotik router?

I have never used those mikrotik items but I have not been able to get a DWL-2100AP to work in WDS mode with a non Dlink AP. The 2100AP has an AP Client mode which may be worth considering, although the later firmware upgrades reduced you to only having one client.
The version 2.0 firmware allowed more than one client.
