Check the channels of the other wireless networks, and try to use a free channel. Check and the standard that is in use for the wireless, they have different speed limits and frequency's.
Something that I am not sure about, but with the wired network is like that :
If someone on the network transmit with lower speed, everybody will transmit with the same low speed. So if its true your router probably have "Wireless capabilities : 802.11 b+g+n" and if someone work on 802.11b the data rate range is 5-11Mbs, and for 802.11g 19-54Mbs. But for this I am not 100% sure. |
