Game pad -> Is something interfering ?

I have 3 game pads for my PC.

I have used 1 for 3 years and I love it.
I recently moved and I think I have been having issues since.

My Game pad response time is jumpy.
I thought it just might be getting old , but i have tried others and they all do the same.

ANy ideas on how to fix this issue.
I think something is interfering in my house.,
I recently moved and I think it started just around this time.

I have moved some things I thought might be causing the issue away from my PC, but nothing.
The last resort is to move my desk from the wall. maybe something in the wall.

My Wireless keyboard and mouse are fine....
