We have a problem and I believe with the kind of forum you have, you can advise and help us resolve this high SQ on one of our CCU. We have been battling with high SQs for almost 2 and half months now. We have tried to change the CCU twice and power cycled it as times as possible. But no lasting effect has been attained by this.
The SQs range from 25 to 45. And sometimes, the SQ just drops on its on and behaves for a couple of days but recently, it has been trouble.
And another thing I have noticed when the SQ shoots up, the retries on many links also appear.
Question is? what could be causing this high SQ? do you think there could be interference in the area?
Please help us to resolve this problem.. Suggestion, ideas will do. Please consider this mail as agent. Clients re not happy with this kind of thing.
