Default how to connect Plantronics - Explorer 330 - Bluetooth headset to laptop

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to connect Plantronics - Explorer 330 - Bluetooth headset to my Acer Aspire 5630 laptop using some generic bluetooth dongle.
My main goal is to use the Plantronics - Explorer 330 - Bluetooth headset for my msn voice chat. could anybody help me.

As of now, my usbdonlge can able to recognize my bluetooth headset, I can connect to it, but I cant hear any the sounds form my laptop.
Do anybody know what Bluetooth dongle works 100% for this, I will buy it.
Thanks for all the inputs.
Regards
john

You probably need to adjust the sound settings for it under windows after you have it installed and connected, in theory any bluetooth device will be compatible with the headset
