Need Help On N80 Internet Edition!!!

Hi All, I’m holding an N80 hp internet edition and is currently the following problem which needs your expert advise over here.

Issue 1:
Normally our gallery is able to view images stored in phone and memory card. I had moved some images from the memory card to the phone memory and shrink all the images to reduce the file size.
After this, I can’t view any of the documents (images/songs) stored in the memory card through the phone!
I have to go to the file manager just to see the documents stores in the memory card.
Is there any advise which you can help? Any preventive measures?

Issue 2:
I had called nokia about the above (which I’ve been facing for the past few months). One of them told me to format my memory card which I did so.
After formatting, I can view the documents as per normal. However, my dictionary is gone! Prompting message “Dictionary word missing. Install word database.”
So I go to nokia website and download the dictionary application to my pc.
Open the PC suite and install the applications.
However my phone is prompting “Unable to install” after transferring the application from PC to phone.
Pls help!

Anyone having the same problem?
If there is no preventive measures for issue 1, I’ll will keep having the same problem over and over again unless I stop shrinking images!
