Netgear Wg111t Wireless Adapter And Orange Livebox

Hey all, I've just got a netgear wireless adapter (WG111T) for use with the lame old orange livebox.
I've installed the software but have a message saying 'limited or no conectivity' pop up in a little bubble in the system tray... it's found the livebox and is picking up a signal that is staying connected, it just isn't letting my net work? Anyone had any similar problems or anyone know if they can help at all?

Stuck on laptop atm, arghh.

Limited or no connectivity is a posh term nor 169 IP address. Try renewing your Ip via the cmd screen,

Start>run>CMD>OK
then type ipconfig /renew

yea i had the same problem. the netgear adapter connected to my livebox and was great, but after a week or so, that triangle came up. ive tried changing the channels, disabling the firewall, resetting the livebox, changing the security to none, nenewing my IP Address, but nothing works now. I rang orange and they said that they had never supported netgear adapters in the first place!!!!! and they said ring netgear. does anyone know how to fix this??????
