Nokia MW1122 Wep issues?

Hi,

Heres the setup

...Nokia MW1122 router
...IBm laptop with Nokia C110/111 wireless card
...Using both MAC address and WEP Key security
...NOT using any "Personal WEP Keys"

When i setup a FIXED Wep key on the Router that matches the (Key i generated on the) Laptop, the connection works fine.

However, when i remove the FIXED Key from the Router and instead include the WEP key in the "Client Table" details(in the Router), the Laptop looses its connection.

For some reason it only works with the "Fixed Key" method. I would have thought that as long as the "Client Table" method has the matching key value (along with MAC address stuff) the connection should be good?

Help?
