Default problem with cisco aironet 1000

i got a wireless acces point cisco AIRONET1000 the problem is i need to rest it while there is no reset button in there . i donno how to make it works . every time i connect it to the power adapter all lamps emmit scrolling with no action . someone asked me to reset but i couldn't . but when i opend it i found a jumber opend . i wonder if this is the way to reset it if i colsed the jumber .. i need help please
