Can anyone help. I am trying to get wifi working on the above router and it's giving me a major headache! Basically, my laptop either refuses to connect, or when it does is chronically slow.
The broadband service is fine, no problems with a cabled connection. I don't think it's a problem with the computer either as I have succesfully connected to two other seperate wifi networks with no problems.
I have run the setup CD that came with the router, and set it up with WPA2 security.
Any ideas what, if anything, I'm doing wrong? Is it just something in the router settings I need to change? Oddly, my iPhone will connect to it ok, albeit slightly slower than normal.
I am using a Packard Bell TX86 laptop running windows 7, have also tried connecting with a Macbook Pro and get the same problems.
