Default Problems with wireless card and windows

Hi, I am running Windows XP and I have D-Link DWl-G520 wireless pci card.
Recently I had a system crash and when I restarted my computer, windows said that my wireless card caused errors and that D-link had no solution. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to fix this or if I should get a new card. If so, does it benefit me to keep using a D-link card (my router is D-link) or could someone suggest a few inexpensive wireless cards? Thanks a lot.
