Reinstalled Windows... no wireless connection browser.

Hi there.

I have recently bought a dell laptop. I formatted the whole thing cause they put all sorts of junk on it. Now, when windows is reinstalled, there is no wireless connection browser. The drivers are properly installed for the WAN card... Am I missing something here? Any help would be appreciated.
