Have you tried getting rid of the amps? In the vast majority of cases they are simply not needed and just cause problems with noise and latency.

In most countries that kind of radiated power is simply illegal in the 2.4GHz band anyway, have you checked up on this with your local authorities?

Hi there, I agree with nzlamb 1 watt into a 17dBi antenna is not legal in most countries and would probably not help your signal quality either. If there are buildings around you, will be suffering from major reflections and multipathing of your signal. What is the distance between your access points? and do they have line of sight?
If they are less than 3km I would try and remove the amps

Good luck
Dale
