Default stopping and starting problems

Hi guys
I have set up my Levelone 11g AP (with an omni) in my PC room and I have connected my TVPC(an Omni this end to) in the lounge (diagnolly through two walls)to it and it only had a average connection, I made a reflecter for the Omni on the TVPC and I now get an Excellent signal strength with a 54Mb connection but when i play movies over it I still get the movie stopping and then starting again, It only happens about once every 1-2mins and only for maybe 2-5secs in lenght but it is still doing it.
Anyone have any idea why this may be happening and what i may be able to do to stop it?

Thanks

Hi SpudNik

Can you describe a little more about your AP?
What services does it have running all the time?

Try an elimenation techneque
Move your TVPC into the same room as the AP and see if you still have the problem. If so then its on one of the computersa and not the link, which im guess it most likely is.
Try a different TVPC maybe a friends or something to check that its not your hardware.
Check what services you have running on both computers. It sounds like a device has put in an interupt request which stuffs up your TV viewing. Providing that the when the movie resumes when you are watching it on the PCTV it hasnt changed location in the movie while it was frozen then you can assume the problem will be on the computer transmitting the signal.

The host computer connected to the AP
Check all services running on it.
Virus scan
How much ram do you have?
Look for a service that starts every 1-2 min. (A good place to start would be service manager)
Remove all unessasary programs from the task bar.

If none of that works put another post of what you did and what resualts you got.
