Default Troubleshooting?
Do you think a VOIP system is different from troubleshooting a LAN? please explain. If you know any websites that can help answer that question. Please provide.

the VoIP is an add on to a LAN. the LAN needs to be healthy for the VoIP to work. first you get the LAN working right, then you add VoIP troubleshooting
