Default WAP and Repeaters not passing user credentials

Hello,
I have several repeaters and 3 access points configured and plugged into a firewall / router device. This firewall router has a login page that appears when you attempt to connect to the internet much like many hotels with open waps have. The login page comes through fine but when I attempt to login I get a bad username/password error. The router/firewall device itself is also a wap and when you login to this wap the credentials are passed and the session begins. None of the other waps/repeaters allow for this. Is there a particular kind of setting I need to do on the waps to allow them to pass credentials? The login page is SSL over 443 https. I have the waps set for AP and the repeaters set for universal repeater.

The subscriber device is here btw:

Any help appreciated.
