WBR-2310 Trying to put in bridge mode or AP mode

I'm sharing internet with neighbour (no access to their router). I am trying to put DLink WBR-2310 into BM or AP mode manually (aka no with CD provided program because cannot install without access to the modem. I just wanna use the router to boost my connection.

IP: 192.168.0.103
SNM: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
