Default WGR614v5 Problems on UT's LAN

At my school, University of Tennessee, Knoxville - wireless routers are not really supported. I cannot figure out how to configure the Netgear WGR614v5 wireless router such that I can actually use UT's LAN. The only page that comes up is from the Intranet, I think - and it asks for a registration and an upload of a lot of software. Well, I've done that twice, and it did not work. I know you can have these routers, because there's about 10 of them around me somewhere on different floors and rooms. Does anyone know how to configure this router?

Thanks.
