Wirelese to Lan

Hi,

Just trying to find out if this is possible;

I have my pc and xbox attached to a old route (using and an access point) and they can see each other okay. My pc also has a wireless connect ion to the internet via a different router. Is it possible to share the internet connecting from my wireless lan to my wired lan?
