A week or two ago I phoned BT to help sort out my wireless connection on the ibook. The issue was resolved however since then my sister's laptop has not been able to connect wirelessly from her room upstairs. It can now only connect if it's close to the router.
After several calls to BT the problem has not been fixed. The last time they said that the laptop needs a wireless adaptor and the time before they said we should get the newer Home Hub router.
I'm not convinced that this is the problem as it immediately happened after the first time on the phone. The changed a few settings, the channel was changed but I'm not sure what else they did.
Any ideas to what I can do would be great. What other information do you need?
