Wireless stops working when desktop is ON

I have excellent wireless connection on mac laptop and ipod touch but when the PC desktop is switched on it gets internet but I lose connection completely on the laptop and ipod. Even before the desktop computer is using the internet, the connection is gone. The wireless devices see the network but the connection fails.

All was working fine yesterday.
