Wireless will not connect.. HELP!!

Hello, I'm new to these forums and am need of some help. I have a Sony Vaio PCG-FRV26, a Linksys router, and DLink wireless card. When we set up the wireless network, there was no WEP password. All our laptops worked then, our neighbors too probably).. Once we set up the password, mine was the only one that wouldn't work. I've put in the password numerous times, but the sony would not connect to the router. My roommate has a vaio as well, but his works fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes when you change encryption methods on a wireless network, the connecting laptop will transition smoothly.

Other times, you have to scrap, re-install, reset, repair or re-establish every network setting and driver.

It sounds like you've drawn the short straw. The good news is that starting from scratch almost always fixes the problem.
