Default WLAN signal excellent but unable to browse

I have a problem out here .

I have a PC with a Huwaei SmartAX MT841. I have a wireless adapter as well.

Till now I didnt have any settings configured for my modem and used to browse with the default settings. Now I bought a DELL Inspiron 6400 which is wi=fi enabled.

‘Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)’
Selected ‘Use following IP address’and enter IP address 192.168.1.100, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, Default gatway 192.168.1.1, Preferred DNS 192.168.1.1 and Alternate DNS as 61.1.96.71.
I confifured my MT841 by going to http://192.168.1.1/ :
I subsequently changed the WAN settings as well.

My laptop got connected thru WLAN and I was able to browse as well.

But if I do not configure my Modem then my laptop does get connected to through WLAN but I am unable to browse .

can anyone help !

The output of the ipconfig/all after configuring the modem is :

I checked the user guide for the Huwaei SmartAX MT841, and it does not appear to be a wireless access point. Do you have a wireless router or access point connected into your network? If not, that would be the problem.
