02 PAYG - finding credit left?

Hi

I have an 02 payg sim card in a Sharp GX30 mobile phone.
How do I find out how much credit I have left?
When I used the 02 sim in a Nokia phone I just used to hold down the number
2 button and it would be displayed but that function on a Sharp GX30 just
brings up a speed dial list.

I just checked my entry in my phone book and it should be:

*#10#

and that should bring up your balance.

I had a BTCellnet Motorola which had speed dial locked to the first
block of SIM numbers. On my Nokia 6070, holding down 2 gives the speed
dial number, 2# gives *#10# as the number - ie n# gives a number from
the SIM presets (voicemail on/off etc).
