Orange price increase!
 
Had a text this morning to say that they are putting up my price by
"4.34% from 8 Jan"

Anyone else??

at least hundreds of thousands. It is in most people's contracts that they
can increase by the rate of inflation but the jury is out on whether the
condition was properly advertised or reasonable. moneysavingexpert and
others have commented on it

The jury seems to be out on whether the terms and conditions are
enforceable. Be interesting to see whether Orange would let a few people
cancel rather than risk a test case.

I think that the small print of their T&Cs permits increases up to the
rate of inflation.

Smile- they have been generous to you and not implemented the full
increase.

yes its just below what they can charge before you are allowed to break your contract, loads of people did this when orange put there call charges upo before so they are being careful this time.
