Default 2 Phones One Contract shared minutes

Is anyone aware of a domestic contract that looks like this.

I know orange do a shared contract, my Mum & Dad have one, but don't know if
its just a business deal?

There used to be consumer and a business one, the consumer one has now
been replaced with your group which is not s shared-minutes type system.
