Default 3 SIM in non 3 phone

I notice that e2save are doing a rather good cashback deal on a Nokia e65 on
O2. If I was to get this phone and use my 3 contract SIM in it would 3 mind?

Isn't your SIM glued in?

Even if you can get it out; 3 will probably cut you off.

They are all really cheap on 3 the sting is in the tail.

Good snipping, no one can see what wouldn't work now.

Why would the 2g network being used by 3 matter? The phone would be purchsed
on an O2 contract but a 3 SIM used in the phone.
