3 Upgrade Questions

I'm now at month 10 on a 12 month contract on 3 and so can have an early
upgrade.
Just wondered if I will get a better deal if I wait till the full 12 months
is up and also will I get a better deal from 3 direct rather than a 3 store.

Yes and no on 10 months - usually I do it at 12, request a PAC then get a
retention deal rather than just an upgrade.

Certainly better dealing direct rather than shops. Shops will only offer
me the same deal as available to new customers, 3 direct have already said
I can get extra discounts before actually asking for them (on upgrade).

Personally I am waiting to see if the Nokia 6110 is available as it ticks
all my must-have boxes. 3 are trying to push an N95, but I don't like it
and it hasn't got brilliant reviews.
