Officially you aren't supposed to, but numerous people have tried it
and it does work -- without additional charges being applied (for the
moment). Three do, however, offer a HSDPA tarrif you can add to your
account from £10 per month for 1Gb laptop use -- for existing
customers they even throw in a free USB dongle for your PC so you can
use the service without having to tie up your handset.
