Ofcom have released details of their final proposals for the reduction of 3G
termination charges.
They envisage new pricing controls to start reducing 3G termination charges
by March 2007 and to be completed by 2010.
This could have considerable implications for 3, as most of their calls
terminate on their own 3G network and the reductions would affect their ARPU
in the same way as controls affected GSM networks over the last few years.

Good news that calls will be further reduced and that those calling mobiles
wont be penalised for calling a 3G phone in the future.
