Just moved to 3 and was wondering if the 3Mail service is free?

Not sure. It's definitely supposed to cost money but I've never been
charged when sending pictures or whatever to my computer.

Hi,
3mail is free to receive but 10p to send a basic email, 25p with a
payload or 50p with a big attachment payload.

And £4.57 if you try and email a 2 minute video clip and it doesn't even
work!

Received a few messages with various attachments to my 3mail account and
checking on My3 I don't seem to be getting charged, but just sent a 2k
message from my 3mail account to my isp email and been charged 9p.

Thanks for all the replies everyone.

Gave 3 Services a phone and got the offical line that to receive 3Mail is
FREE (I did ask if there was a limit and was told no), but to send 3Mail
from your mobile will cost (and boy does it cost).
