Access via this type of number has been around for many years. It is
the reason why many people opted for O2.
With new contracts 0870 numbers etc are NOT part of inclusive minutes
and thus O2 is not so attractive. If you have got a continuing
contract then you will get this facility, others, on new contracts,
will not.
