Probably because they'd be deluged with complaints from people who
don't use GPRS whinging that they keep receiving unwanted texts, or
they'd get loads of calls from those who don't even know what GPRS is
worrying what the message was all about.
For those few remaining companies that even try, its difficult to
please everyone.
