Default Bluetooth - mutiplie device connections

I'm fairly new to the amazing world of Bluetooth, I've just recently got
TomTom for my N73 with the Bluetooth GPS reciever. It's a fantastic bit
of kit, but I was just wondering if I can use it in conjunction with a
Bluetooth hands free car kit? I've just ordered the Movon MK10:

Though I didn't buy it there (found it cheaper on e-bay). Will I be able
to use the TomTom sat-nav and recieve calls via the Movon at the same
time, or can the mobile only talk to one Bluetooth device at a time?

There are a handful of devices that can connect to two bluetooth
accessories, but it's not very common. I still think that bluetooth
was over-promised and under-delivers. It's only a replacement for a
bit of wire, for heavens sake, not the answer to life the universe and
everything.

It's a lot more difficult to get working than wire.

Ahh well, guess it's either Sat-nav or hands free then, shame. But I do
like Bluetooth, it's nice the way things automatically connect when in
range.

Be interesting to see what happens when I have both devices switched on
in the car, which one will the phone connect to? Will it switch over to
a new connection if say, I turn on the hands free device after
connecting to GPS reciever? Or will it stick with the current connection?

Just thought I'd report back that they both work together. The only
slight niggle is that directions come through the hands free device.
This has the effect of chopping off the first syllable that is spoken by
the navigator each time as the device is woken. A little frustrating,
and the hands free device is quieter than the N73 in loudspeaker mode.

If I just activate the hands free kit when a call is coming in then it's
all good.

It's an excellent kit, and a very keen price. He's certainly not making
much, if anything, on that.
