http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/terms#speak_easy (then search for 60040)

"This promotion is open to all new Orange Pay As You Go customers
joining Orange between 1/3/8 and 30/4/8. UK residents only."

So not for existing customers.

Seems promising then. I wonder if Orange would claw back those credits
should they be found to be given to accounts which didn't meet the terms

It is if you purchase and register a new phone with your existing
number.

we may well not???

Our 'spare' phone - which was a 'payg - sim only' has never had a 'new
