Default Call costs when abroad and phoning another UK mobile that is also abroad

I've been skimming O2's website trying to find info on this, and it
occurred to me that people here might know off the top of their heads.

What kind of costs are incurred if, while abroad, you phone another UK
mobile which is also abroad in a different country? Is this considered
to be an ordinary 'roaming' call to a UK number or will additional
charges apply?

You would pay whatever your tariff rate states back to the UK and the
person you are calling will pay the incoming rate applicable to the
country they are in at the time.
