Calling Russia from Virgin Mobile

I would like to use a call-through service to call a Russian mobile from
Virgin mobile.

Which call-through services are possible with VM?

You could try Phone Bird

From a landline it is 3p/min but from Virgin it will probably be
10p/min (that's every minute - not reducing).

10p/min is ok!

Many years ago I used Just-Call (IIRC). Is that service still available?
