Default Can we charge mobiles with Regulated power supplies?

Can we charge mobiles with Regulated power supplies? If so, what type
of RPS it is?
Which patch cords are used for it? How can we connect the patch cords
to mobiles?
Please tell me the answers for these questions. Thanks in advance.

Have I missed something here? If so please explain.
Why shouldn't someone from Singapore come on here and ask a question?

Yes.
and you can charge modern mobile phones with unregulated power
supplies too, any 4.5v to about 9v will do, but i wouldn't go much over 6v
