Default canceling contract before 14 days through DSA

If I take out a new contract [1] for £25 and buy the phone at their
price to match tariff price of £149 and --

1, I decide I don't want/like the phone can I send it back for refund
and keep the contract.?

2, I decide I don't like the contract can I cancel the contract and
keep the phone ?

3, If I cancel the contract I HAVE to return the phone as well for a
full refund ?

No.

Err, definitely no.

You wont be able to cancel one and not the other, so your question is
irrelevant.

By the day, the DSR allows a 7 day period, not 14.

Yes.

It's very simple really, you got a phone and a contract as a package. If you
want to cancel you have to surrender both.
And it's 7 days not 14.
