Can't call my Mobile

Hi

Got my new Fresh SIM in my mobile I can ring out but when I call the mobile
the line goes dead a second or two after dialing. Definately got right
mimber as I did reply on home phone?

Any Ideas?

They said in the bumf about a Sim pin which I've ignored as I don't
understand it or use em

That's to prompt you for the PIN when you turn the phone on. It's a
security feature, often worth enabling.
