Default Cheap overseas calling numbers - are 0870's etc in my Orange inclusive mins

I'm on, i think, Select 500 contract (OVP to a 3 tariff from a few
years ago). I'm making an increasing number of calls to Germany.
Oranges overseas tariffs aren't bad but from a few places online like
shoutsouth it appears i can make these calls through my inclusive
minutes.

Is this still the case (the t&c's on shoutsouth date from 2004)?
Any recommendations on who to use?
Can these be set up in memory so i don't need to manually enter the
number each time?

Sorry if this is answered regualarly but i've not seen it lately - i
know Orange now charge for 0800 numbers so suspect they do for these
to.

Failing all the above is there some other way of saving on calls to
Germany using my Orange contract phone?@

I had an Orange contract where 08** numbers were all charged for, but
cross-network mobile calls were inclusive. I was therefore able to call
Pre-dial's O2 mobile number and make calls to, e.g. Germany.

Does that tariff give you any x-net mobile calls?
