Cheapest unlocked PAYG Nokia

When I bought a spare phone a year or so ago, the wisdom was to get a
Nokia 1100 on T-Mobile from Amazon or Woolworths. I did that and was
perfectly happy.

My mum's phone has just died, so I'm looking into getting another basic
Nokia for her. So, errr, what's the current best deal for this sort of
thing?

Have you tried Amazon or Woolies or Tesco - Nokia 1100's are supposed
to be quite good and cheap
