Is there a cheaper way to ring mobiles in Spain than from my Orange (20p /
min) ?

That call checker does not cover calls from mobiles. If you have an
Orange Contract with x-net inclusive minutes you can call Spanish
Landlines using one of the many 07744 dial through access numbers. EG
07744 97 4116 / 4404 /4333 etc.
