Default Claiming Cashback when online bills only

Looking at e2save and see that T-Mobile have optional billing £1.50per month
which I don't want to spend as they do bills online. Are these bills OK for
claiming cashbacks with them as some companies insist on the original bills
and I assume only those sent through the post.

Are you sure this is not optional ITEMISED billing at £1.50 per month, so
that if you do not select this option you would still receive a paper bill
but one that only lists the total cost not the individual calls/texts?

I am sure you are right but the way it explains it on the web site is "All
Price Plans exclude optional Itemised Billing at £1.50 per month".
Bit ambiguous as it can be read the way I thought or the way you say it is??

Thanks for your help - Ken

It is the latter, non-itemised paper bill free, fully itemised paper bill
£1.50 extra a month.

I wouldn't even *think* about not having original snailmail bills if
you're doing a cashback deal. There may be some deals where you don't
need them, but in every deal I've ever had, it's been a prerequisite to
send in original paper bills.

Since loss of original bills by the punter is one of the main ways by
which companies can wriggle out of coughing up cashback, it stands to
reason that they wouldn't permit e-bills, which can easily be printed
out months later!

Good - point. I guess because I have been with same network and always with
e2save I was getting a bit nervous about a change to other networks or
suppliers.

True but I'm sure that Mobileshop.com have started doing cashback claiming
online and you don't need to post anything to them .
