Contract advice needed...

Can anyone advise me on a mobile phone contract. Looking for at least 400
SMS and 200 minutes of cross network anytime calls. Decent phone. Cashback
also to sweeten the deal.

Oh yeah, and a couple of questions. Can I port my number when or some time
after taking out the phone contract without it affecting my cashback? Only
I've heard that some operators would count that as a disconnection.

I have used them both; I always go for deals with either OSPS or E2save
(both part of OSPS).

Personally, I would not risk porting in a number after taking out the
deal, as my understanding of the t's & c's is that the phone number on
the invoice and all bills submitted for cashback must match.
