Is there an FAQ on this? Some of these might seem silly, but hope you'll
bear with me, considering the fact that often providers refuse to pay out
cashbacks based on not jumping through their silly hoops.
The sheet that explains my offer says "Auto chequeback credited within 90
days. REDEMPTION OFFER: 9 Months Free Line Rental, Bills sent to Car'
Warehouse 4th, 8th and 12th bills"
Does that mean I should have got a cheque for some amount of money sent to
me after 90 days after signing the contract? I haven't. 90 days after I sent
off the bills? Thats ridiculous.
"To claim your discounted line rental back by cheque you must use the Cheque
Back Vouchers in our Cheque Back Offers leaflet. This I had to request from
them twice as they didn't send it with the phone. Crafty buggers small print
also say that if the original order is incomplete then you must contact them
within two weeks or nothing more can be sent out. And if you don't have the
vouchers sent to you, which would be their fault, then you are buggered for
the cashback claim.
Do I send the actual bill, or a photocopy? I'd like to send a PDF printout
from the Orange website if that's acceptable. To what address? Obviously it
goes via recorded delivery.
