Default Data tariffs

I've been bumbling along with a £11/month SIM-only business tariff
from 02 which gives 400 minutes and 80 texts but only 1MByte of data.
I never get near my call and text allowances, but I do want more data,
so I can use the phone for browsing and email.

02 won't give me a data add-on on that tariff - they want me to go to
a £25/month tariff and then pay £7.50 on top for a data add-on {:-(.

The best I have found so far is the 18 month £12/month Mix'n'match
promotional tariff from 3, with either the Add Internet 10 for £2.50
or the Add Internet Max for £5/month.

My data usage is likely to be daily, so the TMobile £1/day unlimited
data deal wouldn't work for me. Does anyone know of any other suitable
deals?

Thanks

Pete

I've recommended a few friends to get a 3UK PAYG sim, topup £10 every 2
months and use £5 of the topup each month to buy the internet addon (2GB
Fair Usage).
I've just put my 3UK PAYG sim in my N73 and can access email, surf the web
and listen to nokia internet radio.

Hi Gerry,

I couldn't find the internet addon for PAYG on the 3 website, there was
one at £2.50 per week.

regards,

http://three.co.uk/personal/price_pl...t_it_costs.omp
Scroll down to add-ons

The above are meant for phone usage but, if your phone has a modem you can
connect your PC to the mobile phone and use the internet but, your not
supposed to

Three also have 3 broadband packages for pay monthly and PAYG customers:
http://three.co.uk/personal/products...and_/index.omp

These can be used for computer access over your mobile phone

Will that get you their "turbo" mobile internet, or just 3G speeds?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've decided to go for the following:
the 18 month £15/month Mix and Match pay monthly tariff, including a
Sony Ericsson Z610, with the Internet Max addon for £5/month. I don't
need the phone, as I have a SE W960i so I also purchased a PAYG SIM
form my wife who can have the Z610 as a relacement for here aging no-
name mobile.

Thanks again for the help
