Default Dialling mobiles via an 0870 number?

There are a number of providers who enable one to make international calls
via 0870 numbers, so one can dial them free as part of O2's inclusive
minutes.

However, does anyone know of any similar service which enables one to do the
same to access UK mobile numbers?

The cheap calls providers have been creeping up, and at the moment
only Phonecheap and PlanetTalkFree seem to come out of any searches

08445667566
08700360011 daytime weekdays

keep an eye on these for checking once in a while

Many thanks for that. Presumably 0844 (like 0845 and 0870) are included in
O2's inclusive minutes, whereas 0871 is not?

Also interesting how Phonecheap (which looks like a Finarea company to me,
judging by their website design) use the term wireless rather than mobile!
