went to plug my phone on charge, and found the end of the charger sitting in
a glass of water. I must have let the charger fall when I unplugged it. I
have wiped it dry, and its now sitting on the radiator. What is the
scenario, after a few days, when I need the phone charging, is there a
possibility that Imight damage the phone itself? I have a car charger I
can use for the time being, inconvenient, but I am going to back up
everything on the phone just in case, most of it is saved to disc anyway,
just the last weeks or so's photos.
Please come back with some good news!! why couldn't it have been a Nokia, I
have loads of their chargers about the house!

Well either the charger will be fine or will have shorted and won't work.
You can get replacements from ebay for a Fiver delivered.

Was the charger switched on while it was dangling in the water? If it
was I wouldn't risk it.
