Apparently the cost of the first two thousand or so calls on the New plan is
doubling from 10p to 20p. A cashback deal is being arranged for customers
who have been loyal for the last eleven years. They might see a bit of
their money back in the autumn, but rather more likely they won't...

- are you a "customer" of this "dodgy geezer"
- has he actually been in business for 11 years
- is the tariff in writing anywhere

Just while you're on the subject though, my wife has lost money
through this, and they're only suggesting people on certain benefits
get it back. Wrong answer Gordon...
